Who called from 3128789662

I just received a call from them yesterday and called it back today.  it said "debt solutions number removal line" and they ask for the "10 digit number you would like removed"....I just hung up.

JUST RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE ABOVE REFERENCED NUMBER.....

i dont know who this is i missed the call but they did not leave a message. if any 1 knows who this is please let me know. i dont get any thing when i call it back

Call and won't hang up.

I keep getting calls from this number and no message.  I called back once and got a recorded message.  Anyone know what this is about or who it is?
