Who called from 3128789765

It keep calling my cell and it need to stop.  no one is ever on the other line that calls and when I call back it is a recording.  I press to be on the do not call list but it keeps calling and useing up my minuts.

I'm receiving calls from this number 3128789765...same situation...No one speaks most often...tonight some did say EDU Concinerge Several annoying calls from this number.

Same Deal.  Got a call twice from this number today.  Didn't answer it.  trying to track it and got on this site.  I won't return the call.

I've been getting increasingly more calls from this number - they ring maybe twice, then hang up.  I answered once and just heard heavy breathing on the other end before it clicked.  I am on several do-not-call lists.  This needs to stop!!

I have been getting calls from this.number for days....its creepy that they r calling.many people. It's.gotta stop.
