Who called from 3128789776

Did not pick up so they hung up when answering machine came on.  Caller ID said Hartman, M.   I called back and got that old recording that all circuits are busy,please try again later.

This number calls periodically.  They never leave a message, or answer, when we have answered the call.

Hello is XXX there, yeah hold on.

Then they hungup

THEY CALL THEMSELVES MANY NAMES AND HAVE ABOUT 20 DIFFERENT NUMBERS.

SOME OF THE NAMES ARE: DARF,ILL CALL, ILL VVA, IDEOA, AND K HANSEN.

THEY JUST DON'T STOP HARASSING FOLKS.

03-18-2014,  312-878-9776 has been calling for the two weeks & keep hanging up.
"M. Hartman" is the name AGAIN. I waited & didn't say anything, when I did start talking, SHE HUNG UP!   I called back and got that old recording that all circuits are busy,please try again later.  Tried this for hours & calls WANT RING THRU.
I am to the point where I am ready to threaten to BLOW UP THEIR BUILDING so I can SUE THEM!    QUIT THE [***] of CALLING ME!
