someone just called me, didn't leave message

I got 3 calls from this number in the last hour. I didn't answer the first two times, hoping they would leave a voicemail, but they didn't. I answered the 3rd time, and nobody said anything. Called back and got the "The number you have reached has been disconnected..." message. The block feature on the iPhone is a glorious thing.

On 2/2/16 I received 2 calls from this number and let it go to voicemail. They didn't leave a message. One call was at 1:30pm the second at 3:20pm.
