My brother called me and said he got yellow post it notes on his door. With my wrong name spelled wrong and at an address I haven't been at under that name and in 15 years. I looked it up here and told my brother what I found. Thank you and I hope the word can get out and they are caught. P.D will be notified.
Same! Got a yellow post it note and it said to call terry for a "delivery" very shady... He accidentally called me late in the evening and when I answered, he didn't speak. I called him back numerous times and he did not respond. I had my relative call from another number and he answered stating I was going to be summoned for court.. It's a scam!
Same thing happened to me just now. This guy came to the door and started knocking and looking up at my windows. He left two post-it notes to call terry 312-890-5347 for a delivery. It had my whole name on it.
I actually met this person last week. He is a process server and deliverd me court documents. He was actually very polite. He stated that he left a yellow post it as opposed to a business card because people have gotten upset in the past for leaving cards stating that he's with a detective agency looking for them. Most likely everyone on this thread is probably getting summoned or subpoenaed in some fashion. Hope this helped.
