Call my home and office ... tell you to pick a number to hear the message in either english or spanish ... then tell you to 'please hold while we connect you' ... at home I hang up ... in the office I put them on hold ... it drops out after a bit.
They are a debt collector. They keep calling me about someone who does not live in my house. I've asked to be removed from their database but they continue to call.
This Chicago-area robocall message directed me to call 800-848-2170, Commonwealth Financial Services. They've mistaken me for someone who has an outstanding freddie mac loan.
