called me saying i own a loan company and told me that i could not contact the company about the matter to verify. im wanting to know if this is a scam.......
Payday loan extortion scam running out of India. If you have or had a payday loan, check with the company, yes you can do that. Otherwise ignore the calls.
Received an email from Michael Davis stating I am going to legally prosecuted in a couple of days for some loan from America Cash Advance. I have never had a loan through them.
