Harassing call stating that I owe this company cash netUSA. I NEVER had a loan with then or do I want to very rude and said that the police we coming to arrest me for fraud. REALLY!!!! Where do these people think they are coming from.
the is Cash Net USA. I did not understand this person speech. Wanted a voucher up front. Do not trust this company. The gentleman said he was not part of a scam. but my gut tells me he is. This company I applied for a loan on line.

Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail:
Loans
1. No reputable lender will lend you money over the phone.
2. No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3. On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4. Advance fees for loans are always illegal. At least in most American states.
5. If you want to borrow money, go to an established brick and mortar lender that has been around awhile.
6. If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a. threatening you or b. offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7. These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history. If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information. They know who they are calling. They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and members of the immigrant community. Also, those who might be in financial difficulty.

I was scammed for 489.00 today. on 9/12-2014. I even borrowed money to pay off a old bank debt that I truly had. and for the right amount. How could they have known all that information. They answered the phone as the FDC. Said if I pay bank debt off I would get loan so I did. He even stayed on phone with me for all the transactions until I told him I was looking it up on Internet Bank Account. I tried to call back but got a message. Now don't know what I am going to do. Have to pay borrowed money back by monday and I have none. and I am disabled and get a small check once a month. I am on a fixed income. I even looked up the loan company online. they are reputable and my older kids age 22, 18 and 16 have seen their commercials on T.V.
