They have been calling my home phone and cell phone. Once, both my phones rang at the same time. Ring for ring when they called today. They call every day and I don't answer "Unknown".
These people call constantly and don't leave a message. They also disconnect when I pick up the call. They finally got through and a man with an East Indian accent told me 'Congratulations!' my loan had been approved. I wish the FCC would track these guys down.

Got a call from this number, told them I was not interested and told them to remove my number from their system! He (Heavy Indian accent) said "we cannot do that, you cannot be easily forgotten. I want to get to know you better, kiss you and f$@& you!" It appalled me to no end do I reported them to the FCC! I'm getting an sir horn for next time they call, I'll bust their eardrums!!
