What is the address of your business RJS & Associates? Are you registered as a collector or attorney in the state of IL. Do you have a valid 1-800 number?
These guys called me about a potential debt, I asked a lot of questions and they were very respectful and helpful in helping me get to the bottom of the issue. In the end they mailed me a letter with validity of debt and we are in the process of working out a payment arrangement.
This company is a scam and they are under investigation with the Attorney Generals office in the State of IL. If you hear from this company , please do not pay them and call the Attorney Generals Office immediately.
Joe is probably part of the so called RJS and Associates therefore this is a bogus post. They are not respectful and if they mail you something I suggest researching it. BBB has never even heard of RJS & Associates. Do not send these scammers anything. This includes Thomas Phillips and Phil Masters.
