just got another hangup call from this unknown caller. When I tried calling back they said it was something to do with Radio. Both times they hangup just as I answer, so annoying. Calling my cell phone.

I just got a call from this number and it was a recording of some fast talking guy in Spanish (I think). I just hung up. I have no idea what the recording said.
