Who called from 3129245636

I do not know who this is. I have been called several times by this number.I tried to call back tonight after 9 pm & the number would not go through.

Just got a call from 312-924-5636.  Caller ID said "ICENET."  Recorded female voice said that I had entered a contest (I hadn't, of course) and I have won a cruise to the Bahamas.  I hung up.  Obviously a scam wanting to sell a cruise or collect personal info, or both.

I got a phone call from the same number. Automated message, female voice. Same thing, said I entered a contest and won a cruise. Of course I hung up.

I received a call from this number, claiming I won a prize. Didn't enter any contest.

I just did, didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I just tried calling the number back and it was dead air!
