Person leaves message about fraud activity with my account and leaves threats of visiting your place of work or home of address to submit a sophina and threats of court date if you do not return the call. The person gave the name of Daniel Bension, a senior associate of J. Cain Associates and the Phone Number to call was 312-924-7939. Dialed the number and the voice mail to Mr Stevens. What a SCAM . . . So fake that you can hear a t.v. law and order in the back ground during the initial voice mail..

Same experience as those above. Guy calls my brother, identifies himself as Daniel Benson and claimed he has old credit card debt FOR OUR MOM that needs immediate settlement. Claimed he will take my mom's retirement and freeze her bank account unless the debt is settled before 2:30 p.m. Brother called me and asked me to follow up by calling the guy's "direct line." I'm familiar with fair credit collection laws and knew the behavior was fishy. I called and got a voicemail for "Mr. Stevens."
Keep calling me and I keep blocking their number and then they call me from another number....leaving me messages that I should have three forms of id ready and they are going to serve me w/court papers. I hung up on him and he was calling back before I could block the new number....super scammer!!! Do not give them any info!!!
