Called our DNC registered landline on 08/01/2014 @ 04:58 PM from Chicago, IL. No message was left from this AT&T cell phone.
We set voicemail to pick up on 5 rings. Since robo-callers disconnect in 4 or fewer rings there's no wasted time with telemarketer voicemail.
When I answered some guy said "I'm not even angry. You guys are f*****g retarded." I don't appreciate prank or useless calls not to mention the inappropriate language.
