IRS is going to sue me.

Same story: IRS coming after me on taxes. I've blocked the number. As JudyD said, the IRS does NOT contact people over the phone. Total scam.

Received a call stating I was being sued by the IRS.

Received a call to my home phone on Monday, June 29, 2016 at 13:26 CDT, leaving a recorded message on my answering machine. Calling "voice" (sounded computer generated) stated,

"Hello. This call is officially your final notice from IRS, Internal Revenue Service. The reason of this call is to inform you that IRS is filing lawsuit against you. To get more information about this case file, please call immediately on our department number, 312-945-2592. I repeat, 312-945-2592. Thank you."

Caller ID showed "WIRELESS CA" 1-312-945-2592
