Looks like he ate it over that one a few years ago. I guess he decided to reprise his illegal tactics in a state where payday loans aren't prohibited.
But he still isn't following the law, it would appear, so it's only a matter of time before you don't have a place to work, Myron/Wesley.
Debt collectors have a proven history of calling outdated numbers. I know this is true because I have enough on the receiving end of such calls. I informed that they had the wrong number and the calls continued. Because of this I was forced to change my number. This is one of the reasons why I treat ANY and ALL calls from unfamiliar numbers as a potential scam.
Also keep in mind that payday loans are illegal in multiple states. But that doesn't stop these operations from trying to collect.

It's the only "Albright" I can find that seems remotely connected to debt collection. No phone number and no website. They are a registered NY corporation, however and the principals of the corporation can be readily found.
