Why do I get daily calls from them. Starting at 745 am

This place calls and asks for me, when I ask who is this, the guy says well I know you so you should know me. Very spooky.

Just started getting these calls a day or two ago.  Do not answer.  I get so any various call with all types of B/S when they leave a voicemail that I don't answer by phone unless I know who it is.  At home I get 4 -6 calls a day all scams.

I am on the do not call list and I get a ton of telemarketers calling

No one said anything I blocked the number
