OMG I cannot believe what I am reading here....This very same guy with this phone number has been calling my daughter AT WORK and harassing her. I just googled this number and it brought me to this site. The same thing happened to her as I am reading all these posts. Something needs to be done. Anyone here know of anything that we can do?
I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL AT 4;15 P.M. FROM A AS MOST OF YOU ALL HAVE SAID ALL THEY WOULD SAY ATTORY OFFICE. SAYING THAT IF WE DID NOT SEND THEM $400.99 TO HIM YESTERDAY. THAT MY HUSBAND WAS GOING TO JAIL AND THEY WERE GOING TO GET HIM FOR FRAUD. SO WHEN HE GAVE ME THE PLACE THEY IS SO CALL TAKEN US TO COURT. I CALLTHEM AND THEY SAID NO THAT IS A SCAM. I HAD TO FILL OUT PAPER WORK FOR THEM. I CALL THEM THE FRANK LEWIS TODAY AND TOLD I WAS ON TO HIS SCAM AND HE HUNG UP ON AND BLOCK MY CALLS.

this same guy called my cell phone saying [***] about a getting a lawyer and having to pay 8000 dollars in court fees...saying i am being put into a criminal background crap as a indentity thief and other crap..this dude i delt with and found out he is only a phoney and isnt nothing
Received a call, saying that this was an attorneys office, and that the matter was time sensitive, and that if I or my attorney did not call, he said good luck. I called him back, knowing this was a scam. I asked him to divulge the content of the suit and who were the concerned parties. He would not answer my questions. At that point I told him to listen very carefully, I asked him if he understood English, and then said that if he does not cease and desist from calling me again, that I would trace his number find out who he is, and promptly sue him for harassment, due to the fact that California has anti harassment laws that he was breaking. He hung up immediately.
