As many customers here, I received this call from Sears. First call I did not answer, they did not leave msg either. The second time, ...ten minutes later ... ... I answered, I tried to complete the survey, but the recording kept repeating itself, asking me if I was present during the installation, "press 1 for yes, press 2 for no". ...So I gave up.
Concur about this number being for Sears survey. However, since they were not polite enough to leave a message, I'll return in kind and not give them survey feedback.
