Who called from 3129670572

This number along with several just like it where on the last  number keeping calling never says anything then hang up

Once you answer they will start robo calling for that area code. ignore call.  It fishes for human voice, it then adds your number to the list that is generated for the companies that call and harass you.  If you do answer..... put the phone on mute.

I didn't answer but called it back. Says number is not in service???

I have blocked this # in the past as they just hang up if you  answer the phone. They're persistent. They keep calling me anyway. I have health problems and this continued phone game is very frustrating. The blocker stops the call after 1-2 rings but that's all it takes to wake me if I'm trying to rest /escape pain.

Number keeps calling my cell phone and says nothing.  I have read the posts so I have added to my contacts with DO NOT ANSWER.  These people need a life
