POWELL AND IT IS OPERATED BY BRENDA TATE THEY ARE LOCATED PHYSICALLY AT 5310 LENOX AVENUE SUITE 7 JACKSONVILLE FLORIDA 32205. I KNOW THIS FOR CERTAIN BECAUSE MYSELF AND MY SPOUSE WORKED FOR THEM. THEY EVEN CHARGE A PROCESSING FEE WHICH IS SOOOO ILLEGAL, BY LAW THEY CANT PASS THEIR FEES ON TO YOU FOR RUNNING YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IF THE MERCHANT KNEW THIS THEY WOULD LOSE THEIR ACCOUNT SO THAT IS A START THE COMPANY THAT RAN THIS PAYMENT IS WHERE YOU WOULD START!!! YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET THE INFORMATION FROM YOUR BANK.....AND ALSO YOU CAN CHARGE THE PAYMENT BACK BY LETTING YOUR BANK KNOW WHAT HAPPEND AND THAT YOU DO NOT GIVE PERMISSION FOR THEM TO HAVE YOUR FUNDS YOU THOUGT YOU WERE PAING A DEBT AND THAT WAS A LIE!!!! if that is a true statement, then there should be no problem telling us the legal name and physical address of this company.  Also, their website if they have one.

GREETINGS MAM\SIR, Number 1 the person you have been speaking with is not Haylee Patrick her name is Nancy Kruger she is employed by a company that goes by POWER CREDIT SOLUTIONS but they are really LEGAL DEBT MEDIATION LLC. this company is not based out of Chicago as implicated when they call you from the office!!! They are in Jacksonville Florida. They do not comply with any of the FDCPA COLLECTION LAWS and charge erroneous fees that should not be passed on to the consumer. As it relates to fees it is unlawful for anyone to charge you a fee for processing your payment to repay a debt the fee they charge in addition to what they claim you owe is a merchant fee that they incur and pass to you which is violating their merchant agreement and credit card agreements with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express!! I advise you to contact your bank and charge back any funds you have given them. By law they have to notify you via mail prior to contacting you and they cannot increase the original debt owed upon them purchasing the debt from the original creditor which is what they do!!! you always want to see your original loan\advance etc. documents or original acct. number or some sort of proof of the validity of the debt. Myself and my spouse unfortunately worked for these crooks for a long time and they make allot of money deceiving people and coercing them to pay with all types of scare tactics like jail, wage garnishments,liens,judgments etc. which can't do any!!!!! You can also contact a consumer lawyer that can assist you in recovering damages as a result of this scam and unlawful practices.
