This number has called my cell phone four times since 8/12/2013. It usually calls in the evenings. I do not answer to calls I don't know. It is a bit annoying.

Called this number back and it was a Verizon Wireless Message Retrieval System. It said to enter a message ID which was left on the voicemail but there was no voicemail left by the caller. So, who knows what the deal is.
