It is highly doubtful that your callers are reading here also. We can't stop anyone from calling you either or remove from a list.
Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.

For what it is worth I called this number back. It is a debt collector but a very polite young man told me the name of the person they were trying to reach and apologized. Hopefully he will indeed remove my number.
