Who are these people?!? There is a very long list of numbers with the 313 prefix, followed by 000. What in the world can they possibly be doing with that many numbers? Outrageous.
Have been getting same phone calls 313-000-000 and 000-000-000. Noboby was on other line. Wife answered tonight and they asked for a David Meller (Not me)
Wife asked how they got our # and they hung up. I'm on the do not call list and it p***** me off.
"Michelle with cardholder services...last chance to lower interest rate"
I pressed 9 to speak with a representative as our household is on the national do not call registry.
Told the person I was not interested in lowering my interest rate, but that I want them to stop calling.
He asked for a credit card number to lower rates.
I told him no and to please speak with his supervisor.
He then said I could not, but he could take me off the list if I gave him a credit card number.
I said this is my phone number, and you can remove it from your call list because we are on the do not call registry.
When he said again that he could not do that I asked again to speak to his supervisor and he said, "My supervisor doesn't speak to b*tches like you."
"Excuse me?"
"You heard me." Click.
They seem to call several times a day. Every time I answer, I get absolutely no-one. This started about a day or two ago and hasn't stopped. It's extremely frustrating. I'm tempted to just unplug the phone.
