They consistently call and once picked up and they said my name, then they hung up...picked up, again, tonight and saying how they would like another donation...explained i told them i am giving locally...they say, well, it's there service providing for them..asked were they in Mich., yes, and asked for website info, gave me it...but, if you want to contact them it's Knoxville, Tenn.

I did just that, but it still rings one time before giving a busy signal to the caller. I got 9 calls from AFL-CIO before I called them back and tore them a new one. 4 calls in 40 minutes several days in a row. I gladly paid the $120 for a phone to hang up on these clowns. Too bad our government will not clean this "no call list" crap up!
They call and hang up as soon as I pick up. I can hear people in the back ground but no one says anything. The caller ID says ACS. They call everyday. I am really fed up with these calls.
some one called this morning and asked for my husband,i gave him the phone and the woman said she was from the cancer society and wanted a donation,my husband said he couln't afford anything right now as soon as he said that they hung up. my husband had the phone on speaker so I heard everything. i tried to call the number back and the recorder came on and said the cellular number you are calling is not assigned,please check the number and try again.I have caller ID and it said the number was something called ACS
