you can be on a no-call list but if you put your number on something that you may have ordered recently and that list got sold you will get calls.

I got a call from them too, I filed a complaint on the national do not call registry, you can NOT get a call using a recorded message. Not sure if it will help but if enough complain maybe they can shut them down!!

Same!  I asked "Hello?" twice but no one said anything, then the call ended.  Why are they calling just to immediately hang up?
