This # called my cell phone. It was a canned message indicating I need to talk to someone asap about saving money on my credit card. It did not say which card (I don't even have a credit card, if I needed more evidence of this being completely bogus). It says to press 1 to talk to someone about bringing my rate down. I hung up and blocked their number.
SCAM. Called about lowering interest rate. Asked me "qualifying" questions and then asked for account number. I told him he should have that information and he claimed he needed to verify he was talking to the correct customer. I hung up.
People out there. Never answer these Robocalls. Never press 1 or 2. Now the computer knows they have a LIVE
one to Sell your number with even MORE calls... I have collected over 580 such numbers over the years. I use the
default voicemail, so the computer hopeful never calls back. Thanks.
When I answered a call from this number on my cell phone, a recording immediately started that told me something about getting a better rate on my credit card. I used to get these calls all the time on my home phone, and now I'm getting them on my cell. The call always says if I don't press one, it's my last chance. I never press one, and yet they continue to hound me with calls. I pray that these scammers will get caught and receive the full justice of the law against them.
