Who called from 3132095420

I have received nearly a half-dozen calls from this telephone number over the course of the last few days, some of them late in the evening.  The caller ID reads only "CCI."  The caller has never once left a message.  I have no idea who is calling.

I got calls from this #. I think practicing the art of ignorance is the only weapon left to us. So try to use it.
