I received a call from this number at 8:58 this morning. I attempted to call back 3 times but the line was busy. Then I checked Google and found out this number was a business solicitation. I'm on the federal and state do-not-call list.
I did attempt to answer as i though it was a client, but there was just a lot of buzz on the line and the call wouldn't connect although phone rang. They called back 6 times. Still thinking it was someone I knew tried calling back from my cell phone, and was told it was an invalid phone number, although it was this same number I called.
I infrequently answer such calls but I answered this one. Just silence and they hung up. Probably just verifying good phone numbers to sell to marketing people.
