calls numbers on the do not call list

I love how they call with a local normal looking phone luke it's my long lost uncle or something calling with a welfare checkup.

I would like to get some specific information from someone who has answered a call from 313-228-0191, since I do not answer phone numbers received and revealed in the caller ID that I am not familiar with.  So can anyone who has spoken with someone calling from this number tell me what was the nature of their call, such as the name of the company calling and the "Call Type" as listed in the drop down menu of this report and specifically what the caller was saying.

So you want someone else here to do your homework?  Why should we answer a call when nothing is revealed in the caller ID just to find out who is calling for you?
