This number 313-262-0660 is from Credit Acceptance. They always want to speak to my son about when he is going to make his car payment. I tell them it is NOT his # and I will not take any messages for him. They do have his cell #. I have asked them to remove my #, but they keep calling. I consider it harassment. And will sue them if they dont stop!
Its Credit Acceptance. I have a car loan thru them. They are a second rate loan company for those who cannot get a mainstream loan due to credit issues. I owned a rental property and had to short sale it due to non paying tenants that put me way late with my bank. Thus, my credit went from high 700's to below 580 and had to use these people to get my car loan. My car loan is paid on time every month and has been since we assumed it over two years ago, yet these people feel compelled to call us day and night from several different numbers to ask what day we are going to make our payment. I stopped answering them. Its crazy they spend money on staff to call people who are making the payments. I wonder what they do if you dont make the payment, or are late??? My advice, dont answer them!
I had a loan with this bunch of low lifes. They would start calling me and other members of my family a couple of days before the payment was due each month. This went on for a year. I had to move out of state due to employment and told them I needed a break for a month, which they scoffed at. I never missed a payment for the first year. I moved and removed the GPS shut down device from the vehicle in order to not lose my investment. They were unwilling to work out terms with us, so I just quit answering and paying. They now have the vehicle, good riddance, and they call me still non stop daily! DO NOT GET A VEHICLE LOAN WITH THESES CREEPS!!! They don't report good credit payment history, but they sure do if you don't pay them. Buy cash money vehicles from individuals. Its a lot less trouble!!
