Same thing just happened to me

Call back reveals it is a telemarketer for www.veterancashout.com.  From what I can tell from the site, it is a home mortgage refinancing and loan operation.  I didn't find any reviews on it so I can't comment on the legitimacy of it but at least now you know who is calling.

Fricken creepy as hell

I think they are hoping to get your answering machine so they can leave a message instead of talking to a real person.  Its still creepy as hell.
