Calls the cell numerous times a day.  It's pissing me off!

they call every day 3-4 hours apart, really annoying . tried calling them back to see who it is, doesn't ring makes a weird noise and a lady picks up saying "how can I help you". still don't know who they are.

This number keeps calling all day today, they started called at 5:00 A.M. and have called every four hours.

I will not pick up any numbers I don't recognize. This number just called my phone again and didn't leave a message.
