Got a call a few minutes ago, the woman on the other end asked for my daughter, who is the one covered. After asking me a dozen questions verifying that I'm her mother, she then told me that my daughter would have to call another number concerning her health plan. My daughter called the number provided only to be told that no call were made concerning her insurance since Oct. 7. This was discovered after the rep. that she called checked the call log.
