This telephone number belongs to a Collection Agency.  After many attempts of trying to reach someone at this number, a rep finally explained that they are calling for my ex-spouse.  I explained that we have been divorced for many years and was told that they would remove my number from their list.  How did they get my phone number?  Mine is a cell phone number and I now live in a new home.  Hope rep was telling the truth.
