I got a call from the 313-335-5249 number. They didn't leave a message and when I tried to call that number from my phone I got an instant busy tone. I don't know who this is and don't know anyone from that area code. Has anyone figured out who uses this number and for what purposes?

I got a call today from this number saying my car warranty is expiring and need to renew. This number listed as MI, USA

No voice mall message just a weird buzzing sound... annoying.
