Who called from 3133441968

After mechanical pause caller began to say "I'm calling from Intell, ... Michigan Firefighters ..." and then I terminated the call.

Have never answered this call, but comes in on caller id as:  Hayes, Joyce - never leaves a message.  We don't know a Joyce Hayes.

I got a call from the 313 344-1968 today and they hung up as soon as I answered the phone.  I called the number back and it is some firefighters association trying to get you to donate money...I was connected to a recording, not a person.  I think it is pretty sad that this organization uses a person's name on the caller id to try and get you to answer the phone, the name that appears is Joyce Hayes.
