This number kept calling my house so I blocked the number.  They tried calling 20 times in 2 minutes after blocked.  They now call my cellphone.  I called back from my work phone and a woman answers "Hello".  I asked why she is calling me.  She said I didn't call the number I am calling from because it had a different area code then what she calls.  She then said someone used my name as a reference for a job.  I told her I don't know anyone looking for a job.  She said she would take my number off the list, but never asked the number.  I answered one time and it was a automated message concerning a Health Care Program in Detroit.
