If it was an out of state lender then you don't have to worry about that, first of all most are not even authorized to lend in your state, yes if you owe them pay them, but its gonna cost them alot to take you to court from out of state and if they DO send something to your job(highly unlikely) nine times out of ten its not a real court order and you can stop it from affecting your paycheck
