I have been receiving calls from this number for the past week. Stating I had two actions pending against me. I tried calling three different times. Finally today someone answered saying I took out a loan and never paid it back and that I owed $378.00 they wanted me to verify my last four I refused. Then she said she wouldn't talk with me until I did I said I'll verify my D.O.B she then said they will file failure to appear , I told her up do what she needed and hung up. She called right back. Waft a fraud
Received a call from them on 11/4/13, stating that my my would have two fraud charges against her on her social security card, and that a summons would be issued at her place of work. Her case number, they said, was CA2136, and they directed her to call (313) 347-8634 before the summons was issued. Of course, it's a scam. We ignored it.
I got a message over 6 hours ago saying I had two fraud charges connected to my SSN and gave me a summons number as reference! I called the number and message said "The mailbox if full and not receiving calls at this time. I dont even live in Michigan..
Got a call from these thugs threatening to sue, take my driver license etc. Well they remind me of the white house thugs. So my answer to them is to bring yo chitn. Im waiting
Just received the same call!! Process of Summons, 2 charges against filed, fraudulent name and ss number name and legal rights prior summons or can't be helped!! May show up at home or work!! Case Ca3490 call 313-347-8634 Legal Dept. I called and it rang numerous times and mail box was full!!! SCAM!!!!
