I received a call from this number today, and another number a few days ago, several times. The message states that they are going to serve me with papers at my residence, or place of business, and they also mentioned the make and model of the car I drive. They stated that I waived my right to make a statement, and that this was my third and final warning.
The person calling was Helen Evans, from the division of pre-trial processing. I live in Michigan, and this is a Michigan number. Is this another scam? I am so upset, threats are being made against me. I am also a victim of identity theft.
