Maisha Williams is a scam artist!!!!!! We were trying to rent a house that he alleged is owned by him. He wanted us to send a deposit via either Western Union or money order. We asked to see the home before any monetary transactions were made. He would not comply and said that the key would not be sent until we sent a deposit. In the beginning communications, he sent us pictures (a whole lot) of himself as well as a copy of his driver's license. We decided not to work with him due to his noncompliance of allowing us to see the inside of the home prior to sending money. WE ALL HAVE A LEGITIMATE CASE!!!! I goggled his name and found this site. Thank you all for sharing this so that we would not become a victim. The number is the same: (313) 355-4074(Google Talk)

Beware of this number. He called to rent one of my homes. Call was distorted and could hardly understand his accent. He called back at my request and same thing. I felt the call was suspicious but became even more suspicious after I said I was not sure it was available and he asked to rent another property that was not in the same state. It was my personal home we had sold a couple years ago and had advertised for swap. At one time, I had advertised both houses on the same swap site and had just yesterday updated the site. He must have used the swap site to get my information. Googled the number and found this site. Number 313-355-4074.
