Who called from 3133555246

Called me on my Magic Jack and I didn't get to answer soon enough. Also have been receiving
numerous calls on Skype, that I can't ID. May be the same.
Looks like it's the same that all the others have received.

Caller didnt leave a message and I get a busy signal when calling back

06/20/13 at 10:10am colled my cell phone, I did not pick up, then they try to leave a message but I only hear a noise like motor runing.

Just received a call from 313-355-5246 on my android cell phone.

Added the number to my blacklist with one press they won't be able to ring me again. I love that feature.

Let the unrecognized number go to voice mail.  An automated message played on my voicemail telling me my auto warranty was about to expire...and then proceeded to ask me what year my vehicle was.  Considering I have never owned a car new enough to have a warranty I think its safe to say this was a phishing scam call.
