Who called from 3133555246

Just missed a call from this number on my cell.  Voicemail message left was just of the caller hanging up.

Received a call ON MY CELL PHONE approximately at 6:26pm Tuesday, June 10 2013 from 313-355-5246. Since I don't know ANYONE and have NO relatives nor references in the 313 area code- I did not answer the call nor will NOT should they ever call again.

Must be a Spam Call. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. This is a business line. I hate callers like this.

Called twice in the past two days. First time, I didn't answer and there was no voice mail.  I answered today but there was nothing on the other end.

Yes, it does. But if you ever use your cell # (or home # for that matter) on any public document or have business with a company (even just using it on a credit app or something) it negates the Do Not Call listing.
