I do not think there is any city in North America that doesn't suffer from calls from energy flippers. As always, if you get such a call - call the number on your bill & NO other number.
Received a message on voicemail from "Haley" to return call at this number, ext. 24. with my gas bill at hand. I tried calling back 4 times and each time I reached an "answering service" which said that number was busy. The operator asked for my name and phone number so they could call me back when they were available. I declined each time. The operator would not give me any info on the company, saying she answered for 6 different companies and was not otherwise associated with the company.
I called DTE and spoke to a customer rep. She said they are aware of the problem, that the perpetrators do not work for DTE, and advised that I not provide them with any personal information (which I knew). She declined to take the number I had been asked to call, stating it likely was fake.

Sheena at ext 49 called and left a message. When I called back the called is answered by a message taker that is just an answering service. She was rude and unprofessional. Original called led us to believe the call was from DTE but they wouldn't use an operator like this. Scam, not worth my time to call back.
They have been calling every couple of weeks and I have told them to take our number off their list multiple times. They are asking for the person who handles the DTE Gas bill and want to save us money. Whether they are scam or not their frequent solicitations need to STOP!
