They called, I didn't answer & they did not leave a v.mail. This was 1 of 12 out of area numbers that have called my cell in the last 5hrs. I don't have any credit cards, nor do I give my number out on any kind of silly "sweepstakes entry forms". I do not understand how all these creepy weirdos have gotten ahold of my number.
They just called me and I had already told them to stop calling. They always call and say they want to talk about my consumers energy account. Well, I'm no idiot and I knew that wasn't the case. Consumers energy comes up on the caller ID as "consumers energy."
He went into telling me about how he can put me on the summer rate all year long... yada yada yada. I told him that if I wanted that program, I would call consumers directly myself and that I don't deal with people who call me. He tried to say that he could call from his line and we could talk to them together... HA! Well I'm not that dumb either. He eventually gave up.
It's funny, now that I decided to google the phone number and it shows up as santanna energy, lol. Maybe I'll have to use that the next time, as they tend to try misleading people into thinking they're consumers. (hehehe... "yeah, hold on while I google your phone number"... I bet they'll hang up.
Just got a call from this number telling me I won a vacation. How did I win a vacation when I never enter sweepstakes? I said NO and hung up, and blocked the number from calling my cell phone.
Some [***] named josh. From some customer service thing. Tells me I won a free cruise. Ohh. He needed my credit card number though. I'm 22 years old and he said his record shows I'm at least 28. I told him to never call my number again. Get a life you damn con artists
