Number has called once a day for the past week. They have left no VM. If this is a loan institution they could not have gotten my number from "event" or whatever else I have never and will never have a loan in anyway
It's Quicken Loans. Not a scam been working with them as my mortgage company contracted out to them for a no fee refi. So far everything has been on the up and up. We are about to close.
I was incorrect in identifying this as a scam call. It really is Quicken Loans. This doesn't mean that scammers can't spoof the number but my call was legit. Getting hard to trust anyone these days.
Received several calls from "Dan" at Quicken Loans at my work number. The call comes in from 313-373-3000, but the return number he leaves is 313-373-2335. The first two times, he didn't leave any info regarding the call. I work in HR and get calls from mortgage companies all the time to do employment verification, so I called him back. I asked the nature of his calls in the third message and he claimed it was regarding my mortgage, which is not through Quicken Loans. I've since called him back and asked him to remove my contact info from his records. This does not seem like a legitimate business call.
These people keep calling me day and night. They never leave a message, just call and hang up. I am on the do not call list, these morons keep calling. I NEVER ASKED FOR THEM TO CALL ME!!!
Call was from Quicken Loans. My wife had called for information on a loan and they needed my verbal permission to speak with my wife. So valid phone number and they do have extension numbers off the primary number.
