Number has called once a day for the past week. They have left no VM. If this is a loan institution they could not have gotten my number from "event" or whatever else I have never and will never have a loan in anyway
Unsolicited BS call about an illusory mortgage to my business number which is also listed on the Colorado "No Call" list. As soon as the rep started her spiel I told her to stop and never call the number again. She then repeatedly dialed repeatedly for 10 minutes. I will NEVER do business with Quicken loans as a result. Deplorable business practice.
Quicken Loans, wanted to leave a message to sell refinance loans to one of my employees. I told her I wasn't able to pass on her message as it was solicitation to an employee and that was forbidden at my company and the fcc laws. Apparently after reading all the information above, she wanted to do more than sell refinance loans to this employee. Don't appreciate lies - but that's what recruiters do to get to an employee.
BS - Its a pure cold sales call to numbers even on "No Call" lists. No history of ANY kind with Quicken (or any other loans of ANY type at my number). The pus on the scabs of the boils on the backside of humanity. And they don't take no for an answer - they keep calling back! NEVER would do business with these people.
Some of these business practices may be illegal under the Telemarketing Sales Rule of 1995 created by the FTC following the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act of 1994.
Under the Telemarketing Sales Rule of 1995...
A telemarketer must "identify the seller's name; describe the product being sold; and disclose all material facts related to the sale, including the total cost of the goods being sold, any restrictions on obtaining or using the goods, and whether the sale will be considered final and nonrefundable"
The Act also makes it illegal for telemarketers to misrepresent information (including all facts about the goods being sold) and a telemarketer must promptly remove a consumer's name from their calling list if requested.
Very strange. They called my cell phone and I ignored the call, as I don't recognize 313-373-3000. A minute later they call my office number, said they are from Quicken Loans and need to verify dates of employment for an employee (it wasn't me).
