I saw I had a missed call from this number on my cell phone and when I called back I got a busy signal. I tried calling several times and then again today and got a busy signal.
Got a call on cell phone. The voice sounding very robotic but almost realistic. Asked for my name and then went on to describe that they were representing a cancer victim organization and wanted to know if I would donate. When I said yes, there was a pause and then a pre-recorded "Bless You". Then the recording said to stay on line to wait for a representative to talk to me about the donation, and do not hang up. I hung up.
The phone number belongs to a party store in Detroit according to Truecaller, under the name Tia Smith.

Just received a phone call from this number - could not tell if it was a person or a recording, but after I said, "hello," they asked to speak to the head of the household. Any call that starts that way has got to be a telemarketer or a scam, so I hung up without saying anything else.
