They were call me frequently as well asking to speak to the person that handles our natural gas account. I explained that we are in a high rise office bldg and we do not pay for the gas utilities.....But they call and call and call....
I asked them to removed us from their list. They said "Ok, we will do that."
But they continued to call and call and call.
One time I saw it was them calling and I answered the phone by saying, "NO!"
And the lady said, "Excuse me?"
I said, "Do you understand what NO means?" She said, "Yes I do."
I hung up on her.
Guess what?
They called again the next day.
When I answered the phone I said, "Velvet's phone sex service. How may I direct your call, baby?"
They hung up.
The next day they called back. "Bob's propane heating, how may I help you?"
"I'd like to speak to the person that handles your natural gas account."
"Serious lady? I just said 'Bob's propane' we only use propane."
She hung up.
Our phone service is through Nextiva and I figured out how to forward a phone number to a number of my choice. So now I have that number forwarded right back to themselves at (313) 444-2924.
Good luck people!
Why would you every sign up with these Clowns? With this type of sales and marketing you can almost guess what their operations look like......unregulated and in the middle of winter no natural gas from them?
They call our company and we do not have a gas bill either landlord pays .........and they call and I ask to be removed and they call and I asked to be removed.......Wow.
Always call to speak with someone in charge of the gas bill. I have taken millions of messages and told them we are not interested yet they still call at least 3 times a week. This time it was a girl named Jessica and told me to have someone call her back at 855-875-7999 at extension 22420
I receive these calls 4 times a day. I was advised by several people to not pick up the phone at any time when an unknown number or caller is received; there is a scam where these calls are often wired to circulate the globe and then charge you for the long distance services. Naturally the caller (s) get a kickback for any calls that connect which is how they make their money. There is also a national firm known as Integrys Energy Services, a company that markets energy to both home and industry. If this is the case and these are their telemarketers calling then avoid them; they obviously have no regard for integrity or customer service. At some point, if you refrain from answering their continuous calling, they may at some point cease to do so. Good Luck everyone.
